Amazing facility. Instructors are wonderful. I look forward to attending the Muay Thai classes and the all women’s jiujitsu class with Laura daily. Laura is VERY patient and makes it a point to make sure everyone in class is learning every move correctly. My husband can not rave enough about the adult jiujitsu classes as well. We are both upset we didn’t join this wonderful facility sooner. ⭐️5 stars ⭐️

I have my son here and he’s been here for a year now. We looked around tried other locations near our home in West Haven ( he has been training since he was 3 from Texas to Hawaii and now in Connecticut) but nothing compared to this organization within miles. The attention to detail, motivation, understanding, caring and the ability to teach in a manner that all can grow and learn this art is a unique quality.
